Termination

Refund Policy
• We offer a 30 day money back guarantee to

• Refunds are not make to accounts terminated or

Domain Renewal Policy
All domain should be renewed a month before expiry
dates are due. Deactivation for non payment of
renewal fees for expiring domains can only be
reactivated when payment is made.
Domain Transfer Policy
To transfer a domain from us, the domain owner will
have to pay a domain transfer fee of GH¢20 to make
domain available for transfer.
Late domain and hosting renewal fees
If hosting and domain accounts expire and
payments are not made before expiry date, your
account will attract a GH¢20 fine for late renewal
fees charge.
